Senior quant / quant co-founder at a leading crypto-native trading firm. Co-own technical and quant direction of the firm. Bring or build production-ready strategies. Asset classes: crypto, prediction markets, equities, futures, commodities. Core: participate in decisions on internal dev vs. acquire/license, team composition, capital allocation across systems, sustainable growth strategy. Must be in the trenches coding and experimenting. This is a co-builder role, not execution-only.
